Maureen Adams MBA is an ICF ACC-certified coach with over a decade of leadership development experience. She founded Cumulus Coaching after seeing the opportunity to bring her extensive leadership experience to coaching teams and individuals. Her approach is grounded, collaborative and designed to fit the pace of work, where time is limited, pressure is high, and people need to both grow and develop.

She believes that executive and leadership coaching provides clarity and connectivity between people and their organisation's values and vision, enabling the development of the next generation of leaders. Maureen has worked with teams and leaders in civil service, public and private sectors, and across a range of industries. She is also an experienced Non-Executive Director and Board Chair.

Lars Gerull M.Sc is an ICF ACC-certified coach supporting professionals and leaders to grow in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and human. Prior to coaching, he spent more than a decade in engineering and transformation roles at companies like BMW, Siemens, and Oxford Flow, and is a programme management expert. That experience shaped a big part of his work today.

He knows what it feels like to work under a leader who doesn’t bring out the best in people, and he cares deeply about leadership and personal growth. His passion is in helping people become more self-aware, courageous, and grounded — so they can lead themselves and others in a way that creates real trust, clarity, and change.
