Maureen Adams MBA is an ICF ACC-certified coach with over a decade of leadership experience. She founded Cumulus Coaching after seeing the opportunity to bring her extensive  experience to coaching teams and individuals. Her approach is grounded, collaborative and designed to fit the pace of work, where time is limited, pressure is high, and people need to both grow and develop.

Maureen believes that executive and leadership coaching provides clarity and connectivity between people and their organisation's values and vision, enabling the development of the next generation of leaders. She has coached leaders in government, civil service, public and private sectors, and across a range of industries, and is currently a Non-Executive Director and Board Chair in the social housing sector.

Lars Gerull M.Sc is an ICF ACC-certified coach supporting professionals and leaders to grow in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and human. Prior to coaching, he spent more than a decade in engineering and transformation roles at companies like BMW, Siemens, and Oxford Flow, and is a programme management expert. That experience shaped a big part of his work today.

He knows what it feels like to work under a leader who doesn’t bring out the best in people, and he cares deeply about leadership and personal growth. His passion is in helping people become more self-aware, courageous, and grounded — so they can lead themselves and others in a way that creates real trust, clarity, and change.

Katie Mayers is an ICF ACC-certified coach and facilitator. She has over 20 years’ experience working across the public and not-for-profit sectors, including executive leadership and strategic communication roles within local government. Her coaching supports emerging and established leaders to build clarity, confidence, and resilience, helping them navigate complexity, strengthen their leadership presence, and make purposeful decisions aligned with their values and impact.

Katie is known for creating reflective and appropriately challenging coaching spaces that deepen self-awareness, uncover blind spots, and turn insight into meaningful action. She combines warmth, curiosity, and rigour to support leaders in exploring new perspectives and leading with greater intention. Her particular interest is in supporting women leaders and those navigating significant organisational change.
